· Strathmore 400 Series Watercolor Paper
· Strathmore Translucent Vellum Paper #28-913
· Strathmore Pure Paper: Primary Brite Hue #28-915 - Red & Green paper
· Strathmore Creative Card #105-16
· Round red gems
· Glitter ornament stickers
· Red cord
· Printed ribbon
· One or two rubber stamps with holiday greeting and/or holiday theme
· Red stamp pad

Instructions

1. Tear red and green strips of paper and paste on the surface of the card. Trim edges to make them flush with the sides of the card. (You may leave white areas of the card showing through to create interest).
2. Cut the shape of a tree out of a 5 x 7 inch piece of translucent paper.
3. Punch two holes through the front of the card and the translucent vellum. The holes should be about 1-½ inches apart and down approximately ½ inch from the top of the card. Insert a 16 inch piece of the red cord through the two holes and tie a bow to keep the translucent paper in place.
4. Apply the glitter ornaments and the red gems in a random pattern to the tree shape created by the vellum.
5. Cut a message from the printed ribbon and paste to the vellum on the front of the card below the tree.
6. On the inside stamp your holiday message and holiday image if desired.
7. Sign, seal and send - your personalized holiday greeting is on its way!
